Intelerad to debut PET/CT fusion module

PACS vendor Intelerad Medical Systems of Montreal will debut its PET/CT fusion functionality feature on its IntelePACS at this year's annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in Chicago.

The new PET/CT fusion functionality is designed to add the capabilities of a dedicated PET/CT fusion workstation to IntelePACS as a fully integrated module for Inteleviewer, the IntelePACS native viewer.

Within the PET/CT fusion module clinicians will have access to specific PET/CT statistics, such as standardized uptake values (SUVs) and volume measurements.

The PET, CT, and fusion views also can have independent color maps and window levels.
