Epix lawsuit dismissed

MRI contrast agent developer Epix Pharmaceuticals said that the shareholder class-action lawsuit filed against the firm has been dismissed.

Judge Patti Saris of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts granted the Cambridge, MA-based firm's motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute the lawsuit. The dismissal was issued without prejudice, Epix said.
