Gamma Medica sells units in Switzerland

Gamma camera developer Gamma Medica-Ideas of Northridge, CA, has installed several of its preclinical imaging systems at research institutes in Switzerland.

The company installed two systems at the Centre d'Imagerie Biomédicale (CIBM) in Lausanne, while a third unit is being installed at École Polytechnique Fédérale (EPFL) of Lausanne.

In addition, the company said it would install its first MagPET system, a new PET/MR insert unit, at EPFL in 2008.
