Positron buys Cadenza software

PET vendor Positron has acquired exclusive licensing rights to sell and further develop Cadenza Software for predicting coronary artery disease.

Cadenza Software, which was developed by Dr. George Diamond, employs Bayes' theorem to analyze and report results of various clinical descriptors and noninvasive tests for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease, according to the Houston-based firm.
