International Isotopes revenues up

Radioisotope manufacturer International Isotopes reported first-quarter revenues of $1.2 million, up 75% compared with the $686,000 booked in the first quarter of 2005. For the period (end-March 31), the Idaho Falls, ID-based firm had a net loss of $142,000, compared with a net loss of $229,000 a year ago.

In quarterly highlights, sales from the firm's nuclear medicine products, radiological services, and radiochemical products increased 23%, 71%, and 25%, respectively, according to president and CEO Steve Laflin.
