Canon delivers 1st Alphenix 4D CT to W.Va. hospital

Canon Medical Systems USA has completed the first installation of its Alphenix 4D CT system at West Virginia University Heart and Vascular Institute in Morgantown.

Recently launched at ECR 2019, Alphenix 4D CT matches Canon's Alphenix interventional angiography system and a CT scanner. The combination of imaging modalities enables clinicians to plan and perform a wide range of interventional procedures for heart and vascular diseases in a single setting, according to the company.
