Bristol-Myers Squibb boosts Q2 results

Bristol-Myers Squibb announced revenue increases for the second quarter of 2007 (end-June 30), with sales in its medical imaging unit edging up.

The company's healthcare group brought in $1.1 billion in combined second-quarter 2007 revenues, a 6% increase compared to the same period in 2006. Sales in the company's Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical Imaging division of North Billerica, MA, grew 2% to $171 million in the second quarter, as compared to $168 million in 2006.
