Fujifilm wins LAC + USC portable digital x-ray contract

Fujifilm Medical Systems USA of Stamford, CT, has won a contract with the Los Angeles County and University of Southern California (LAC + USC) Healthcare Network for its portable digital x-ray system.

LAC + USC has purchased and installed 13 of Fuji's portable FCR Go computed radiography unit. The hospital opened in November of last year and is one of the largest acute care facilities in the U.S., Fuji said.
