Consorta extends Kodak contracts

Group purchasing organization Consorta has extended through 2009 two contracts with Eastman Kodak Health Group for the Rochester, NY, company's digital imaging products.

One contract covers Kodak's CR and DR imaging systems, while the second allows for the purchase of Kodak laser imaging systems and medical x-ray and mammography film.

Schaumberg, IL-based Consorta has more than 2,400 members from faith-based and nonprofit health systems, including hospitals and outpatient imaging centers.
