Ziehm debuts Vision Robotics C-arm

C-arm developer Ziehm Imaging has released the latest addition to its Vision product line, the Vision Robotics mobile C-arm.

The system provides interventional specialists x- and y-axis power-servo movements and automated head-to-toe scanning for quick, easy, and safe bolus chasing, according to the Riverside, CA-based vendor. Vision Robotics also offers automated tracking of devices, the company said.

C-arm system movements are controlled by the use of an ambidextrous, ergonomically designed joystick. Multiple operations are incorporated into one control mechanism that simultaneously allows for image acquisition in real-time, x- and y-axis robotic movements, and instant fluoroscopy, Ziehm said.
