Cardinal sells RMS business

Healthcare products giant Cardinal Health has sold its Radiation Management Services division to Fluke Biomedical of Everett, WA.

The RMS business is based in Cleveland and manufactures radiation quality assurance and safety products and services. The company sells products that were once manufactured under the Victoreen, Nuclear Associates, and Keithley RMD brands.

Fluke Biomedical's product line includes electrical safety analyzers, patient simulators, ventilator testers, and equipment management software. The company supplies hospitals, independent service organizations, and OEMs.
