GE inks FFDM sales deal with Fusion

GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K., has signed a deal to outsource sales of its Senographe Essential full-field digital mammography (FFDM) system to Fusion Sales Partners, a Baltimore-based sales outsourcing firm.

GE has named Fusion as its exclusive sales partner for Senographe Essential, creating an alternative sales channel for the product, which recently received U.S. Food and Drug Administration 510(k) clearance. Fusion has provided sales support for other GE products in the past.
