CT images (E and F) from a symptomatic patient show small bowel obstruction from ileocecal intussusception. The rounded fat attenuation lead point (E, arrowhead) represents an ileal lipoma. Because of the presence of fat attenuation, CT is generally diagnostic for lipomas.
