Contrast-enhanced CT (A) and MR (B and C) images show a rounded hypervascular mass in the right lower quadrant (arrowheads), which proved to be an ileal GIST with predominately exoenteric growth. Dynamic (D) and delayed (E) contrast-enhanced CT images show an ovoid mass (arrowhead), which proved to be a jejunal GIST with exoenteric growth at laparotomy (F). Although gross ulceration is not identified at cross-sectional imaging, both cases presented as GI bleeding. Note also the relative mobility of these lesions, which appear to shift in location on different scans.
