CIVCO launches needle guide for Aloka transducer

Ultrasound and radiotherapy products provider CIVCO Medical Solutions of Kalona, IA, has introduced its new disposable needle guide for use with the UST-676LP prostate transducer by Aloka of Wallingford, CT.

The Aloka UST-676LP is a multifrequency (3-7.5 MHz) convex transducer featuring a 302-mm shaft. Combined with CIVCO's disposable needle guide, the transducer is designed for enhanced prostate biopsy sampling.
