ImaRx to go public

Biopharmaceutical firm ImaRx Therapeutics is planning to go public in an initial public offering.

The Tucson, AZ, company said it has filed an S-1 shelf registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an IPO. The company has not yet announced the number of shares to be offered or the price range.
