ONI debuts MSK Extreme scanner

Extremity MRI developer ONI Medical Systems has introduced MSK Extreme, a 1-tesla dedicated extremity MRI device for musculoskeletal radiology applications.

The system exceeds current American College of Radiology (ACR) guidelines for knee MRI tests, and features an ergonomic design to allow for patients to have practically their entire body outside of the magnet, according to the Wilmington, MA-based vendor.
