Positron sells Attrius units, takes more orders

Molecular imaging vendor Positron of Fishers, IN, has sold four Attrius PET scanners to cardiology practices.

The company also received orders for six Attrius scanners from its joint venture partner Neusoft Medical Systems in Shenyang, China, for immediate delivery.

Positron has a target of 17 PET system sales for 2010, 50 PET system sales in 2011, and 125 PET system sales for 2012.
