Siemens launches new Inveon software at SNM

Siemens Healthcare of Malvern, PA, is launching a new version of its Inveon Research Workplace (IRW) software at next week's SNM meeting in Toronto.

IRW 3.0 version includes an expanded set of tools for image visualization and data analysis, as well as new tools for cardiac PET applications. New features support visualization and analysis of dual-gated dynamic PET data, enabling users to perform preclinical studies that are affected by cardiac and/or respiratory motion artifacts

IRW 3.0 also allows for high-resolution image data export, representation, and interpretation, while delivering features such as arbitrary image reorientation and image filtering. The software also provides improved kinetic modeling and parametric analysis tools.
