Dilon unveils new portable gamma camera

Scintimammography developer Dilon Technologies of Newport News, VA, has introduced the Dilon 6800 Access, a transportable version of its Dilon 6800 gamma camera.

The portable camera can be moved between medical centers that may not have high enough patient volumes to justify a full-time system, Dilon said. Shared Medical Technology in Rice Lake, WI, is the first facility to use Dilon 6800 Access.
