Medtronic gets FDA nod for stent system

Interventional technology firm Medtronic has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance for its Complete SE vascular stent system.

Complete SE was cleared for use in treating peripheral arterial disease in the iliac arteries, according to the Minneapolis-based firm.
