Hitachi receives GPO contract

Hitachi Medical Systems America of Twinsburg, OH, has been awarded a contract from group purchasing organization (GPO) HealthTrust Purchasing Group of Brentwood, TN, for MRI products.

The contract from the GPO includes Hitachi's Oasis 1.2-tesla high-field open MRI system and Echelon XL/XLS 1.5-tesla short-bore MRI unit.
