Mindways Software

Mindways Software of Austin, TX, plans to display its bone densitometer, QCT Pro, along with its work-in-progress Bone Investigational Toolkit (BIT), at this year's RSNA show.

QCT Pro acts as an accessory to a CT scanner, allowing the scanner to gather clinical bone-mass measurements in the spine and hip. Meanwhile, BIT extends QCT Pro's capabilities by adding characterization of bone geometry at the proximal femur.
