Mercury Computer Systems of Chelmsford, MA, will highlight VisageRT, a set of software components designed to enable OEMs to integrate accelerated embedded reconstruction, processing, and visualization functions into their existing products.
VisageRT is designed to be used with mainstream computer platforms and graphics accelerators, and the software can be customized at the application program interface (API) level to meet the OEM's needs. Mercury believes these features can help OEMs get the own products to market more quickly.
Mercury will also be making other announcements at the RSNA meeting covering data acquisition and visualization components and platforms, according to the company.
