Fovia Ai, a subsidiary of advanced visualization firm Fovia, and graphics processing unit (GPU) technology developer Nvidia have teamed up on artificial intelligence (AI).

Fovia Ai is working with Nvidia to integrate Fovia Ai's AI software with Nvidia's AI-Assisted Annotation, powered by Nvidia Clara to speed up the annotation process.

Physicians would start with Nvidia's AI-Assisted Annotations and then use Fovia Ai's F.A.S.T. AI Annotation to accept or slightly adjust results. The process will help train deep neural networks for advanced medical imaging applications, Fovia Ai said.
