Radiation therapy firm Advanced Radiation Therapy (ART) has introduced its ConfidenceRT breast brachytherapy platform in the U.S. marketplace.
ConfidenceRT provides mammography images in real-time, enabling radiation oncologists to identify the tumor bed and treat patients on a single platform, according to ART. It includes integrated motion management capability and supports adaptive breast brachytherapy, the vendor said.
The system is available now for radiation therapy clinics and hospitals in the U.S.
