Camtronics launches new Vericis applications

Camtronics Medical Systems has released two new applications for its Vericis for Cardiology image and information management system.

Vericis for Nuclear Cardiology provides digital acquisition, review, storage, and distribution of nuclear cardiology images and information. Another new feature, Vericis Physiolog, is a physiologic monitoring/recording system for the cath lab, providing patient assessment, hemodynamic monitoring, inventory management, and integrated reporting capabilities.

In other Vericis news, Hartland, WI-based Camtronics said it has installed the system at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center's Hoffman Heart Institute of Connecticut in Hartford, CT. Vericis consolidates all exam data from the hospital's three cath labs and four echocardiography systems into a single, digital integrated cardiac data repository.
