Erbs Palsey:

Clinical:

Erbs palsey occurs due to traumatic delivery with a brachial plexus injury. It is associated with an ipsilateral phrenic nerve paralysis in 75% of cases which results in an elevated diaphragm and may cause respiratory distress. About 50% of affected infants will have complete recovery within 1 to 2 months.
