Siemens to offer patient education

Siemens Healthcare of Malvern, PA, has inked an agreement with a patient education content provider to begin providing its material to Siemens' base of healthcare IT customers.

ExitCare of Lake Elmo, MN, will provide links to its ExitCare emergency department and ExitCare in-patient educational material to Siemens' health IT customers, which will allow executives, clinicians, and administrators to distribute and document patient-specific discharge instructions and general patient education, according to Siemens.
