HealthMark Group has acquired Purview, a cloud-based medical imaging company based in Annapolis, MD.
Under the terms of the deal, HealthMark will gain Purview's cloud-based platform for ingesting, analyzing, and sharing medical imaging data, which is used by numerous academic medical centers and five of the top 10 children's hospitals in the U.S., according to an announcement. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow HealthMark to integrate Purview's imaging exchange capabilities into its existing clinical data exchange solution, with rollout to current customers planned over the coming months, the company said.
