GuideAI Health has renewed its exclusive data agreement with vRad, retaining rights to develop AI models for vascular disease detection using de-identified imaging data from more than 2,100 U.S. hospitals across vRad's network.
GuideAI's technology is currently deployed within the workflow of approximately 500 vRad radiologists to support identification of vascular disease at the point of care, according to the vendor. The renewed agreement will support expansion of GuideAI's platform beyond peripheral arterial disease to detection and characterization of multiple vascular diseases, the firm said.
