AI-guided cardiac ultrasound developer UltraSight has raised $24 million in Series B2 financing and named a new chairman.
Alive HealthTech Growth Fund led the round, with participation from Deep Insight, Star51 Capital, Connecticut Innovations, and eHealth Ventures. Existing investors Mayo Clinic Ventures, NYU, and Iron Nation also took part, according to the firm.
The company said it will use the funds to expand commercially in the U.S. and to build new workflows for intensive care and circulatory support settings.
UltraSight has also appointed cardiovascular device veteran Rick Geoffrion as board chairman.
