Perimeter Medical Imaging AI has wrapped up a private placement for gross proceeds of $48.7 million Canadian ($38.1 million U.S.).
The placement included a strategic investment of $43.4 million Canadian ($34 million U.S.) from Social Capital. Perimeter said it will use the proceeds for working capital, commercialization of Perimeter's technology, clinical studies, and further development of Perimeter's technology, as well as general corporate purposes.
