RapidAI launches new PE workflow application

Artificial intelligence (AI) software developer RapidAI announced the launch of a new pulmonary embolism (PE) workflow application program, Rapid Workflow for PE.

The mobile and web-based software application is designed to align hospital teams on the treatment of patients suspected of having a pulmonary embolism and supports faster team activation to accelerate PE care and drive better patient outcomes, according to the company.

RapidAI established a partnership with Penumbra in November 2020 to develop products for faster clinical decision-making for PE diagnosis and procedures, RapidAI said.
