DMS Imaging buys Mobile Diagnostic Services

DMS Imaging of Fargo, ND, has purchased Mobile Diagnostic Services of Fall River, WI, a company that provides portable x-ray services to nursing homes, prisons, and other facilities in eastern Wisconsin.

The acquired company will operate as DMS Portable X-Ray and will be based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. DMS Imaging is a member of DMS Health Group in Fargo. DMS Imaging provides mobile diagnostic imaging services throughout the U.S. at more than 450 healthcare facilities.
