Conavi Medical has raised $10 million through an equity offering to fund the limited market release of its Novasight Hybrid intravascular imaging system in the U.S.
The Novasight Hybrid co-registers and co-aligns intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging beams for simultaneous hybrid imaging of coronary arteries, according to the company. The system has U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance.
Subscribers purchased a total of approximately 50 million securities, consisting of common shares and pre-funded warrants, at $0.20 per share, Conavi said.
