Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) developer Butterfly Network has achieved ISO 27001 certification.
The certification is conferred by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and is the global leading standard for information security management systems, according to the firm.
The company adds this certification to others that it has already secured, including SOC-2 Type 2 (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), C5 Germany (Cloud Computing Compliance Criteria Catalogue), and the National Health Service (NHS) Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT).
