GE Medical Systems said its cardiovascular ultrasound business grew more than 70% in 2002. That performance marked the third straight year of double-digit growth for the business, according to GE of Waukesha, WI. GE credited the gains to new capabilities in its TruScan architecture, networking capabilities, and new echocardiography applications.
