Study shows PET/CT lights up 'chemo brain' regions

CHICAGO - Researchers utilizing F-18 FDG PET/CT imaging have found that women who express "chemo brain" symptomology appear to have sharply reduced glucose metabolism in critical areas of the brain. Results from the study were presented on Tuesday at the RSNA meeting.
