Medis lands deal with research lab

Quantitative imaging software developer Medis Medical Imaging Systems has signed an agreement to provide its software to Transcontinental Cardiovascular Core Laboratory (TC3).

TC3 will use Medis' QMass MR and QFlow quantification software for cardiovascular MRI clinical trials, research, and educational courses. TC3 readers are interpreting images from cardiac stem cell therapy of patients with myocardial infarctions, and the Medis software will help them analyze the images, Medis said.
