Perceptive Discovery and Certis Oncology are entering a strategic collaboration combining Certis Oncology's patient-derived xenograft (PDX) tumor models with Perceptive Discovery's radiochemistry, imaging, and pharmacology capabilities.
The collaboration will support preclinical radiopharmaceutical development. Certis Oncology will provide study-ready in vivo PDX models spanning a range of tumor types and molecular profiles for incorporation into Perceptive Discovery's preclinical workflows, according to the companies.
The partnership is designed to support evaluation of targeted radiotherapeutics and radiotracers across in vitro characterization, in vivo imaging, biodistribution, and efficacy assessment.
