Life Molecular Imaging and Jubilant Radiopharma have reached an agreement to produce and distribute the amyloid PET radiotracer Neuraceq from Jubilant's manufacturing site in Mobile, AL. The first doses were made available on July 9.
Neuraceq (florbetaben F-18) is an approved PET radiotracer for detecting beta-amyloid plaques in the brains of adult patients with suspected Alzheimer's disease. Expanding Neuraceq manufacturing in Mobile supports the growing needs for the tracer in the region, Life Molecular said.
