Lantheus Medical Imaging parent company Lantheus Holdings has named Dr. Istvan Molnar as the company's new chief medical officer (CMO).
Molnar is an oncologist who practiced medicine as an internist for three years and was an assistant professor at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He has 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and the development of oncology drugs, including a tenure as deputy of global medical affairs for the healthcare division of contrast developer Bayer. Most recently, Molnar served as chief medical officer of biopharmaceutical company Fusion Pharmaceuticals.
