MAIN Medical sells off subsidiaries

Healthcare company MAIN Medical has sold its Mid-Atlantic Nuclear Medicine subsidiary to Tomayko Group, a newly formed management and development company. Mid-Atlantic Nuclear Medicine owns and/or manages 45 nuclear cameras in six states, according to MAIN of Pittsburgh.

In addition, MAIN has signed an agreement to sell its Mid-Atlantic Imaging Network business to a Pittsburgh group. The network includes several freestanding imaging centers and a mobile ultrasound service.

MAIN said it will retain its Lakeshore Isotopes radiopharmaceutical business, a partnership with Geodax Technology of Greensboro, NC.
