Agfa HealthCare has completed a digital radiography (DR) installation at Vail Valley Medical Center (VVMC) in Vail, CO.
Using the vendor's Fast Forward DR upgrade program, VVMC used Agfa's DX-D Retrofit DR system to migrate an existing x-ray room at its Avon Urgent Care outpatient department from computed radiography (CR) to DR, Agfa said. The institution is now planning to implement an additional retrofit system for its Beaver Creek Medical Center, according to the firm.
