Medical imaging distributor UMG Medical Imaging has signed an agreement in principle to acquire the U.S. medical imaging business of Del Global Technologies.
The new wholly owned UMG subsidiary will do business as Del Medical and continue to sell its existing product line through current distribution channels, according to UMG of Harrison, NY. The deal is expected to be completed by December 1.
