Digital radiography developer Edge Medical Devices of Raanana, Israel, has appointed Lothar Koob, general partner of Extera Partners, to its board of directors.
During his career, Koob has served as general manager of the worldwide ultrasound and MRI businesses for Siemens Healthcare of Malvern, PA; president of the worldwide ophthalmic systems business for Zeiss/Humphrey; and executive vice president of medical imaging firm Analogic of Peabody, MA.
