GE Medical Systems said it has completed its acquisition of bone densitometry and niche MRI provider Lunar, after receiving approval today from Lunar shareholders. Lunar, of Madison, WI, is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Waukesha, WI-based GE, and will operate as GE Medical Systems Lunar.
