Contrast agent manufacturer Guerbet has released its new FlowSens contrast injection system for use in CT scans.
The product has received the CE Mark and will initially be marketed in Belgium, France, Germany, and Switzerland, the company said. Guerbet presented FlowSens for the first time at ECR 2014 in Vienna.
FlowSens is designed for the injection of contrast agents and saline solution in CT exams, according to Guerbet. It features a hydraulic syringe-free injection system and is compatible with the company's ScanBag and all types of contrast agent available on the market.
