The market for radiology hires in the U.S. has decreased steeply since 2002, while radiologists have seen an increase in workload. But radiologists are tackling the increased workload by increasing productivity with the help of technology and by working smarter, according to research presented at the Educational Symposia Economics of Diagnostic Imaging conference in Arlington, VA.
